Can the Bruins bounce back from getting routed in Game 3? Dallas surprised everyone by jumping on Colorado for two quick wins. But does a Game 3 loss mean the favored Avalanche is about to take over? The Vegas-Vancouver and Philly-NY Islanders battles are each tied 1-1 and The Notebook Nine examines both matchups.

*The most intriguing race shaping up in major league baseball is the push for the #8 seed in the American League. The Blue Jays and Orioles have exciting young position players. The Tigers are lurking as well. Get the lowdown on all three teams and who would be the most fun to watch in October.
